Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine testing of raw water, RO water, treated water, product water, and finished packaged drinking water.
- Perform physical and chemical analysis including pH, TDS, conductivity, turbidity, hardness, alkalinity, chlorine, and other required parameters.
- Monitor and record RO plant performance and water quality parameters.
- Conduct microbiological sampling and coordinate with external laboratories for microbiological and other specialized testing.
- Ensure testing is carried out as per FSSAI, BIS/IS standards, company SOPs, and applicable quality requirements.
- Maintain proper QC records, test reports, logbooks, calibration records, COA, and sampling records.
- Monitor sanitation and cleaning activities such as CIP, tank cleaning, pipeline flushing, ozonation, and disinfection.
- Check and maintain proper concentration of sanitizing chemicals used in the plant.




- Collect samples from different stages of production and maintain proper sample identification and traceability.
- Immediately report any out-of-specification (OOS) result or quality deviation to the QA/QC head.
- Assist in investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure laboratory equipment and instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, hygiene, chemical storage, and safety standards.
- Verify incoming raw materials and packaging materials where required.
- Support production and maintenance teams in identifying and resolving water-quality-related issues.
- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, regulatory inspections, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure all quality documentation is updated on a daily basis.
