Clans Machina is looking for an enthusiastic CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

? Position: Customer Support Executive? Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

? Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

? Employment: Full time

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Generate and qualify leads

• Explain products/services and resolve basic queries

• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication

• Update customer information and activities in CRM

• Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead-generation targets

✅ What We’re Looking For• Excellent communication and convincing skills





• Hindi & English communication preferred

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge

• Target-oriented and proactive approach

• Prior telecalling/telesales experience is preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
