We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Technical Lead to manage and lead Web and Mobile UI projects. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in React JS and React Native, along with strong project management and team leadership skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Web and Mobile UI projects

- Lead the React & Web UI development team

- Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Coordinate with UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders

- Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical solutions

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and UI guidelines

- Review code, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues

- Conduct Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews)

- Communicate project status to management and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 4–5+ years of experience in Project Management and Frontend Development

- Strong hands-on experience in React JS and React Native

- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience working with REST APIs and frontend state management

- Valuable understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with TypeScript

- Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

- Prior experience in client-facing roles
