Daily operations of the residential facility

Managing housekeeping, security & technical teams

Vendor coordination & AMC management

Handling resident queries and service requests

Monitoring DG, STP, WTP, lifts, fire systems & common area assets

Preparing reports, checklists & ensuring compliance

- Ensuring smooth maintenance and community upkeep.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- BE/B-Tech in EEE or MBA.

- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
