About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Visual Content Specialist who combines strong digital marketing expertise with hands-on capabilities in videography, photography and visual content production. This is a digital marketing-led role, not a traditional videographer or camera-operator position.
The ideal candidate should understand how to build and distribute content for a B2B technology and infrastructure company, while also being capable of independently planning, shooting, editing and optimising professional visual content.
The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Team Lead to strengthen MASL World's digital presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, website, search, social media and other relevant digital channels.
The right candidate should understand not only how to create content, but also why it is being created, who it is for, how it should be distributed, how it can be discovered, and how its performance should be measured.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
Support the planning and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy.
Execute digital marketing initiatives aligned with business, brand and growth objectives.
Support B2B digital marketing activities targeting enterprise, technology and government audiences.
Develop, publish and optimise digital content across relevant platforms.
Conduct competitor, audience and market research to identify digital and content opportunities.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform developments and audience behaviour.
Translate marketing objectives into practical digital campaigns and content initiatives.
2. SEO & Search Optimisation
Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
Support on-page SEO and content optimisation.
Optimise website pages, blogs, articles and other digital assets for search visibility.
Understand search intent and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into content.
Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain alignment between website, social media and search-focused content.
3. LinkedIn & Social Media Marketing
Support planning, creation, publishing and optimisation of LinkedIn and social media content.
Develop content specifically for B2B and skilled audiences.
Create and support content including posts, short-form videos, carousels, interviews, leadership content and industry insights.
Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, clicks and follower growth.
Analyse content performance and identify patterns that can improve future content.
Stay updated on platform trends, formats and algorithm developments.
4. YouTube Marketing & SEO
Conduct YouTube keyword and topic research.
Develop SEO-friendly video titles, descriptions and metadata.
Identify topics with search and audience potential.
Optimise video thumbnails and content packaging for CTR.
Structure videos to support audience retention.
Monitor YouTube Analytics, including views, watch time, CTR, retention and engagement.
Recommend improvements based on performance data.
Support the growth of the company's YouTube channel through an SEO-led content approach.
5.
Content Strategy & Creation
Translate marketing objectives into relevant content ideas.
Develop content around technology, infrastructure, IT, telecom, smart cities, security, railways and digital transformation.
Research complex technical subjects and help convert them into clear, engaging content.
Develop content for different stages of the B2B audience journey.
Identify opportunities to repurpose content across LinkedIn, YouTube, website and other channels.
Maintain consistency with the company's brand positioning and communication standards.
6. Videography & Video Production
The candidate must be comfortable independently handling a camera and executing shoots.
Plan and execute video shoots for corporate, technical, leadership, project and social media content.
Operate professional cameras and basic lighting and audio equipment.
Plan framing, composition, shots and sequences before filming.
Produce interviews, leadership videos, project showcases, event coverage, reels and short-form videos.
Capture relevant B-roll and supporting footage during company activities and site visits.
Identify content opportunities independently rather than waiting for a formal production brief.
Ensure footage is captured according to the intended marketing objective and platform.
7. Video Editing & Post-Production
Independently edit professional video content.
Create short-form and long-form versions for different platforms.
Add subtitles, captions, graphics, transitions, music and other appropriate elements.
Optimise videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Create thumbnails and supporting visual assets where required.
Maintain consistent visual and brand standards.
Organise and maintain the company's video asset library.
8. Photography
Capture professional photographs of:
Leadership
Employees
Events
Conferences
Projects
Infrastructure
Technology
Site visits
Corporate activities
Perform basic image correction, color correction, cropping and optimisation.
Produce photography suitable for websites, LinkedIn, presentations, brochures, PR and corporate communications.
Maintain an organised corporate photography library.
9. Digital Analytics & Performance
Track performance across digital channels.
Monitor website traffic, search visibility, social media performance and content engagement.
Monitor video views, watch time, CTR and audience retention.
Analyse what content is performing and why.
Prepare basic performance reports and actionable insights.
Recommend improvements to content, distribution and optimisation based on data.
10. Google Business Profile & Digital Presence
Support management and optimisation of the company's Google Business Profile.
Ensure publicly available business information remains accurate and aligned with approved company information.
Monitor profile interactions, reviews and customer-facing information.
Coordinate internally when official company information requires updating.
Identify inconsistencies across the company's broader digital presence and flag them to the relevant team.

The candidate should be comfortable creating content for a technology and infrastructure organisation operating across areas including:

12. Events, Projects & Leadership Coverage
Plan content requirements for conferences, events, meetings and site visits.
Photograph and film leadership engagements and corporate activities.
Prepare shot lists where required.
Capture both planned and spontaneous content opportunities.
Ensure events generate usable marketing assets rather than simply recorded footage.
Repurpose event footage into short-form videos, social content, interviews and other digital assets.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Advertising, Film & Television, Photography or a related discipline.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, YouTube or Content Marketing are an advantage.
Experience with B2B, technology, IT, telecom, infrastructure, government or enterprise brands is preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant qualified experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, video production or a combination of these areas.
Candidates with exceptional portfolios demonstrating both digital marketing expertise and hands-on visual production capability may be considered irrespective of exact years of experience.
