CA Industrial Trainee Intercompany Reconciliation

Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Experience: CA Industrial Training / CA Finalist
Department: Finance & Accounts

Preferred Candidate:

- CA Intermediate / CA Finalist eligible for Industrial Training
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Candidates available for CA Industrial Training at Vapi
- Strong interest in Finance & Accounts / Intercompany Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in intercompany reconciliation of transactions and balances between group entities.
- Identify and resolve intercompany mismatches and open items.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Assist in preparation of reconciliation statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with various finance teams for resolution of outstanding items.




- Support accounting entries, invoice verification and transaction review.
- Assist in audit requirements and provide necessary supporting documents.
- Work on SAP/ERP systems and Excel for accounting and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned finance activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance
- Basic understanding of Intercompany Reconciliation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Exposure to SAP/ERP will be an advantage
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
