Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator at Flatworld Solutions, you will be instrumental in managing and coordinating engineering projects within the AEC sector and offshore engineering services. This role demands a proactive approach in handling project teams across various locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that align with client expectations. Your expertise in architectural, structural, or civil engineering design and drafting, combined with your skills in presales and client relationship management, will be key to driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage engineering project teams across diverse geographies, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements.
- Oversee project progress at different delivery locations, both remotely and/or in person, managing resource allocation in collaboration with the manager and proactively addressing risks to ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Provide technical support to the inside sales team during presales, including solution development, proposal preparation, and participation in client presentations.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients (recent logos) by aligning operational resources, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and meeting initial project and client expectations.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Flatworld’s engineering services.
- Monitor project KPIs, generate regular status reports, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, sales, and account management teams to enhance business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) or Architecture (B Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 6–8 years of experience in engineering project coordination or operations, preferably in the AEC sector.
- Strong working knowledge of architectural modeling and drafting, structural design and drafting, or civil engineering projects.
- Proven experience supporting presales activities and technical solutioning for sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability in account management, with a successful track record in upselling and cross-selling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in relevant engineering and collaboration tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MS Project, and MS Office.
