Job Summary:
The National Collections Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's collections strategy across all regions. This role focuses on maximizing recovery, reducing overdue accounts, improving collection efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and leading high-performing collections teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement national collections strategies to improve recovery performance.
- Monitor collection KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead, coach, and manage regional collections teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Analyze portfolio performance and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve collection issues.
- Manage agency/vendor performance where applicable.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in collections, credit, or receivables management, with leadership experience.
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and collections management tools.
