What You'll Do:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to onboarding follow-up.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking platforms, and internal databases.
Identify and engage both active and passive talent.
Conduct candidate screening via phone and video interviews.
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Coordinate interviews and support offer management activities.
Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and pipeline reports to stakeholders.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS/CRM systems.

What We're Looking For:
6months -2+ years of experience in Full Cycle Recruitment.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent candidate engagement and relationship-building abilities.
High ownership, accountability, and execution mindset.
Ability to multitask in a target-driven environment.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
