Purpose ofthe Role

1.To Plan,Organize andcontrol production in an organization to ensure that goods are producedefficiently on time within budjet and to standard

2.Maintanance of optimumstandards of productivity and efficiency of men,material and machinery

3.Supervise and motivateteam of workers

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Planning and Organizing production schedules

Monitor Production standards and implement quality controlprogrammes

Cost reduction activities in manufacturing process

Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for ontime delivery

Co-ordinate with customers to develop project plan andtimelines

Ensure that team follows Company policies and safetystandards

Assessing project and resource requirements

Ensuring the Manufacturing process are as per standardoperating proceger & work instructions

Review all SOP's and WI to increase productivity and Quality

Organizing job trainings to team members to achieveproduction goals
