We are seeking detail-oriented Senior Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in U.S. customer service or call center operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage insurance verification processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Contact insurance providers and patients to verify insurance eligibility and advantages.
- Verify insurance coverage through designated online portals.
- Accurately enter and process orders in the system.
- Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage insurance verification tickets using the Gorgias platform.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on prior authorizations through fax and online insurance portals.
- Generate and maintain project-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.




- Meet individual performance targets while contributing to overall team objectives.

Required Qualifications:-

- Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. customer service and/or call center operations.
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Decent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of customer and client information.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office.
