Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Perform resume screening and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly sourcing and recruitment targets.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic understanding of IT/Technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of technical skills such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Cybersecurity, etc. is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate screening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical job descriptions.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
