Position : Accounts Receivable Executive
Working Days : Mon- Fri(9.00am-5.00PM/ 10.00AM-6.00PM)
All Saturday's are half days (9.00AM-3.00PM/10.00AM-4.00PM)

Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer collections and ensure timely payment recovery. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding invoices through calls and emails, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with customers to resolve payment-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
•Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through phone calls and emails.
•Ensure timely collection of payments against invoices.
•Prepare and maintain reports of pending payments and overdue invoices.
•Update payment receipts and maintain accurate records in the system.
•Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
•Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding customer payments.
•Share regular collection status reports with the management.
•Maintain proper documentation of customer communication and payment follow-ups.
