Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and pro-active professional to further strenghten the BIM environment of our airport. In this role you will report to the Lead GIS & BIM in the masterplanning department.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Delivery Management:Plan, prioritize, track, and manage all BIM deliverables from contractors, vendors, and concessionaires to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

- App Administrations:Lead administration and integration of BIM-related digital platforms, including CDE configuration, project workflows, and connected systems.

- BIM Governance And standardization:Drive BIM governance by implementing BIM Execution Plans across stakeholders while ensuring compliance with approved modeling standards, workflows, and collaboration procedures.

- Metadata & Information Management:Define and control object classification, metadata schema, parameter standards, and structured data requirements across the project lifecycle.

- Business & Technical Requirement Management:Understand evolving business needs and translate them into BIM-based technical, modeling, drafting, and information solutions.





- Visualization & Technology Scouting:Identify and deploy visualization and BIM integration technologies to solve project challenges and enhance decision-making.

- BIM Management across lifecycle of Project, Driving Digitalizing Project delivery Initiatives and others.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D platforms

- Knowledge of airport facilities: terminals, MEP systems, baggage handling, airside and landside infrastructure

- Understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, COBie, IFC)

- Experience in clash detection, model federation, and coordination workflows

- Ability to produce construction-ready BIM models and drawings

- Familiarity with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Trimble, etc.)

- Basic ability in Dynamo or scripting is an advantage

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years of BIM experience , preferably in airport, aviation, or large infrastructure projects
