Role & responsibilities

- Investment Origination: - Source high-quality lending opportunities through corporates, promoters, NBFCs, banks, financial institutions, intermediaries, and strategic partners. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with founders, CFOs, treasury teams, family offices, and institutional participants. - Develop sector-specific deal pipelines aligned with the fund's investment strategy. - Evaluate proprietary opportunities across working capital finance, structured debt, invoice financing, and asset-backed lending.

- Credit Evaluation & Underwriting: Lead end-to-end evaluation of investment opportunities by: - Analysing financial statements and management information systems (MIS) - Assessing cash flows and debt servicing capacity - Evaluating working capital cycles and liquidity profiles - Reviewing promoter strength, governance, and management quality - Conducting industry, market, and competitive analysis - Assessing collateral coverage and security enforceability - Performing downside risk and sensitivity analysis - Identifying key credit risks and mitigation strategies Prepare comprehensive Investment Committee (IC) memorandums with clear investment recommendations.

- Transaction Structuring: Design and negotiate financing solutions across: - Private Credit - Invoice Discounting - Supply Chain Finance - Structured Debt - Asset-Backed Lending - Working Capital Financing - Special Situation Opportunities Determine appropriate:



- Pricing - Security structure - Covenants - Guarantees - Repayment mechanisms - Monitoring framework - Exit strategy Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure robust transaction documentation and enforceable security structures.

- Due Diligence & Execution: - Coordinate financial, legal, operational, and commercial due diligence. - Engage with external advisors, auditors, valuers, and legal counsel. - Review diligence findings and identify key transaction risks. - Drive execution from term sheet to documentation, approvals, disbursement, and post-closing compliance. - Ensure adherence to internal investment policies, regulatory guidelines, and governance standards.

- Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor an active portfolio by: - Tracking borrower performance and financial health - Monitoring covenant compliance - Reviewing periodic financial reporting - Identifying early warning signals and emerging risks - Recommending portfolio actions where required - Supporting recovery and restructuring initiatives, if necessary - Preparing periodic portfolio review reports for senior management and investors Investment
- Committee & Stakeholder Management: - Present investment proposals before the
- Investment Committee. - Provide data-driven recommendations supported by detailed financial and risk analysis. - Engage with senior leadership, external partners, and investors on transaction updates and portfolio performance.



- Support fundraising and investor due diligence through portfolio insights and investment reporting.

- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor: - Credit market trends - Interest rate movements - RBI and SEBI regulations - Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) ecosystem - Private credit transactions - Sector developments - Competitive financing structures Generate actionable insights to strengthen Amplio's investment strategy.

Profile requirement

Experience: - 612 years of relevant experience in: - Private Credit - Corporate Lending - Structured Finance - Wholesale Banking - Credit Risk - Debt Capital Markets - NBFC Lending - Investment Banking (Debt Advisory) - Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)

Qualifications

- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
