Functional

1. Technical knowledge of sheet metal & fabrication commodities

2. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and perform should-cost analysis. 3. Lead price negotiations, RFQs, and contract finalization to achieve cost targets.

4. Track cost trends of raw materials and electronic components and recommend mitigation actions.

5. Support VA/VE and cost reduction projects across E&TC; commodities. 6. Read and understand Drawings, special requirements and GD&T; knowledge.

7. Supplier payment follow-ups as per PO Terms

8. Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deals.

9. Assessment & Supplier Panel Creation, NDA Sign off

10. Vendor capacity Planning in line with our Annual Business Plan

11. Procure Fixtures, Tools and Gauges for current & Recent Parts

12. Part/Assembly Development timeline preparation and follow ups with supplier.

13. Conduct weekly meetings on Parts development Plan Vs Actual with respective stakeholders.

14. Raise Bar on time, Risk assessment and Mitigation

15. ECN tracking and Implementation.

16. SAP/ERP Knowledge.
