Role & responsibilities

- Provide realtime support for meetings, events and video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, network integration and connectivity.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance checks and system testing on AV equipment.
- Coordinate with thirdparty vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and advanced support.
- Maintain documentation of AV systems, schematics, patching information and incident logs
- Ensure all AV systems are uptodate, clean, wellconfigured and presentable.
- Manage inventory of AV assets and consumables at the client site.
- Work onsite at client premises and support events or maintenance activities during flexible/extended hours when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/BE in Electronics,



Electrical, IT or related discipline.
- 12 years of handson experience in AV support / IT support, preferably working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
- Robust troubleshooting skills in audiovisual systems, conferencing platforms and basic networking.
- Good communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work 6 days a week or alternate Saturdays, and comfortable in fastpaced onsite environments.
- Proactive, customeroriented and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
