About the Role

We are looking for an experienced academic program manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of academic programs. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth academic operations, maintaining high-quality learning standards, coordinating with faculty and academic teams, and driving student outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have solid program management, stakeholder management, data analysis, and academic operations experience, preferably in the EdTech or education sector .

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end management and execution of assigned academic programs.

- Develop and implement academic plans, calendars, schedules, and operational processes.

- Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, content teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.

- Monitor faculty performance, class quality, student engagement, attendance, and academic outcomes.

- Track program KPIs and identify gaps through regular analysis of academic and operational data.

- Drive initiatives to improve student learning outcomes,



retention, engagement, and overall program experience.

- Ensure timely execution of assessments, doubt-solving sessions, study plans, academic activities, and other program requirements.

- Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders and prepare MIS/reports highlighting performance, challenges, and action plans.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive measures.

- Manage escalations related to academic delivery and ensure timely resolution.

- Work closely with leadership to implement new academic initiatives and program-level strategies.

- Ensure adherence to defined academic processes, SOPs, and quality standards.

- Conduct regular audits/reviews of program performance and recommend improvements.

- Support team hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management wherever required.

- Drive process automation and technology adoption to improve academic efficiency.
