We are hiring for the position- Assistant Manager Sales(Railways)

Job Description:

- Generate leads and convert opportunities into orders.
- Identify suitable tenders based on company products and capabilities.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Study tender specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical requirements, commercial conditions, and delivery requirements.
- Develop strong skilled relationships with railway officials, procurement teams, engineers, consultants, OEMs, contractors, and other decision-makers.
- Maintain sales pipeline and opportunity trackers.
- Provide regular updates on enquiries, tenders, quotations, orders, collections, and expected business.

Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters in any technical field or any technical course.

Experience: Min 2-3 years of experience in Technical sales, specially in Railways.

Skills: Techno commercial knowledge, Sales, Knowledge in GEM, IREPS, Good communication skill.

This position requires extensive travelling( 60-70%) across the region.
