Job Description -
Responsible for business growth, newcustomer acquisition, customer service, overall branch operations &compliance.;
Drives field marketing and continuouscustomer acquisition & engagement in catchment area to meet branch targetsfor gold loans and other financial products.
Maintains portfolio quality by trackinggold quality and ROI.
Ensures valuation, process compliance,timely system approvals for loans.
Coordinates with audit teams; maintainsregisters and displays.
Follows up for interest collections tocontrol NPAs; handles auctions.
Monitors team's activities across goldloans, cash, documents, leads generated and recent customer acquisition.
Coaches, mentors, and trains team;provides timely feedback and motivation.
Candidate with minimum 5Years of experience in Banking & Financial services can be looked at forthe role.
Prior Gold Loan & Team Handling experience will be preferred.
Insummary, the Branch Manager oversees end-to-end branch operations, businessgrowth, compliance, portfolio quality and team performance. Keyresponsibilities include operational management, business acquisition andcollections, compliance and infrastructure upkeep, team leadership andmotivation.
