AboutRole - As Manager/Senior Manager Product, youwill report into the Associate Director Product and own end-to-end strategyand performance for a defined portfolio of programs within the India APACbusiness. You will translate the broader product vision into a concreteportfolio plan,



lead product development and launches within that portfolio,and be accountable for its revenue and contribution margin outcomes. Alongsidethis, you will mentor Associates on the team and act as a connective layerbetween individual program execution and the Associate Director's broaderstrategic agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Strategy &Ownership;: Own strategy, roadmap, and performancefor a defined set of products/programs, translating the team's overall productvision into portfolio-level plans and quarterly priorities.
- Product Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of courses within your portfolio pricing, positioning, and value proposition partnering closely withUniversity Relations and Learning Design through the development lifecycle.
- GTM Strategy: Drive targeting and communication strategy for your portfolio incollaboration with Performance Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Deliver Revenue andContribution Margin Targets: Own enrolment,revenue, and CM outcomes for your portfolio, working closely with Revenue,Marketing, and Sales.
- Cross-functionalCoordination: Coordinate stakeholders acrossfunctions for successful launches, and keep existing programs in the portfoliocurrent with market and industry trends.
- Market Intelligence:



Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunitiesand inform prioritization within your portfolio.
- Mentorship: Guide and review the work of Associates, providing coaching onproduct development, GTM thinking, and analytical rigor.
- University Engagement: Represent the product perspective in select university workingmeetings relevant to your portfolio.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 45years of business/product management experience for Manager; 67 years forSenior Manager, with a track record of owning outcomes (not just tasks) for aproduct or portfolio.
- Customer- and business-first thinking: Comfortable balancing learner outcomes with commercial targets.
- Analytical rigor: Proficiency in using data and market insight to inform portfoliodecisions and measure performance.
- Stakeholder management: Proven ability to coordinate effectively across Marketing, Sales,Delivery, and University partners.
- Early people leadership: Experience mentoring or informally guiding junior team memberspreferred, particularly at the Senior Manager level.
