Job Summary

The Talent Keepers is hiring Lead Generation Executives, Business Development Executives, and Senior Business Development Executives to drive client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
- Identify and acquire new clients and recruitment mandates.
- Conduct client meetings, pitching, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for hiring requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.

Requirements

- 0-5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Office is a plus.
- Experience in staffing/recruitment consultancy is preferred.
