The Role: Financial compliance is not paperwork. It is protection - and recovery.

Responsibilities

- Vendor oversight and control (the core of this role): Oversee GST, TDS, ROC, and ITR vendors; review their work, ensure SLAs and deadlines, and enforce financial controls.
- GST & Export Refunds: Manage GST filings, LUT, export refunds, FIRC/eBRC reconciliation, and RCM compliance for zero-rated exports.
- ITC & Tax Tracker: Ensure correct invoice classification and monthly reconciliation of 2A/2B, 3B, and books to maximize eligible ITC.
- Payroll: Manage end-to-end payroll, statutory deductions, bonuses, adjustments, system support, and process improvements.
- TDS: Manage TDS calculations, payments, returns, certificates, and rate reconciliations.
- Banking & Records: Manage monthly payments and maintain complete statutory records, with secure control over DSC and portal credentials.
- Audit & Reporting: Support audits and provide regular compliance reports highlighting risks, gaps, and discrepancies.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor s in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Taxation, or related.
- Experience: 5+ years in finance, payroll, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Experience with export-of-services GST refunds, RCM, and managing external compliance vendors is strongly preferred.
- Technical: Strong GST (including exports and RCM), payroll, ESI, EPF, TDS, and labour law. Proficiency in payroll and accounting software. Robust reconciliation, documentation, analysis, and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
