We are seeking a dynamic and fresher/experienced analyst to work in auto loan processing operations, including keying and funding functions.
This is a backend Retail indirect lending Operations work, based out of US.
The role involves in delivering Productivity improvements, operational excellence, driving quality commitments, and fostering high-performing individual while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and work in end-to-end auto loan processing (keying and funding).
- Should be able to understand US client interactions and is able to response in precise manner.
- Ensure adherence to internal SLAs, regulatory compliance, risk controls, and client-specific process mandates.
- Should be able to work in fast paced environment where candidate can contribute with best of productivity and accuracy
- Expected to deliver 8 hours of production in a day, its 9 hours shift per day
- As per business need, should be able to work in any shift alignment starting from 1:00 PM IST, 3:30 PM IST, 5:30 PM IST or 6:30 PM IST.
- Should be flexible at work and comfortable with changes in week-off as per business need.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good to understand auto loan processing workflows, including keying, funding, and client servicing.
- Proven ability to manage Backend Banking/Lending operations, handle escalations, and keep a focus to improve.
- Hands on knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational reporting tools.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and align with international holiday schedules (no Indian holidays).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in auto finance operations will be an advantage.
- Graduation in Commerce (preferred)
