Role & responsibilities

- Understand client ERP/SAP systems, architecture, and business processes.
- Identify and define integration points between ERP systems and the TagID RFID platform.
- Design and document integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
- Prepare data mapping documents, interface specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with development teams to build and validate integrations.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with clients, SAP/ERP vendors, and third-party technical teams.
- Track integration progress, dependencies, and technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in ERP, systems, or application integration.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms.




- Valuable understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and data synchronization.
- Working knowledge of SQL/databases.
- Experience with data mapping and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple integration activities simultaneously

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PI/PO, CPI, BTP, or EWM.
- Exposure to ERPNext, Tally, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience integrating retail, warehouse, POS, RFID, or IoT systems.
