Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and Naukri

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers

Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding
