We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM Developer to design develop and implement business process management solutions using IBM BPMBAW Business Automation Workflow The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in workflow automation process modeling integration development and enterprise application support
Key Responsibilities
Design develop test and deploy applications using IBM BPMIBM Business Automation Workflow BAW
Analyze business requirements and translate them into BPM process solutions
Develop Process Applications Toolkits Coaches Services and Human Tasks
Configure and customize business workflows process portals and dashboards
Integrate IBM BPM with external applications databases RESTSOAP web services and middleware systems
Develop and maintain Business Process Definitions BPDs Coach Views and Integration Services
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
Ensure application performance scalability and security standards are met
Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Collaborate with business analysts architects QA teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in IBM BPM IBM Business Automation Workflow BAW
Experience in Process Modeling Business Process Definitions BPDs and Human Services
Handson experience with Coaches Coach Views and ClientSide Human Services
Strong understanding of JavaJ2EE technologies
Experience with REST APIs SOAP Web Services and system integrations
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle SQL Server or DB2
Experience with BPM deployment and environment management
Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of IBM ODM Operational Decision Manager
Experience with Workflow Center and Process Server administration
Exposure to cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CICD tools
Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
IBM BPMBAW certifications will be an added advantage
