About the Role

SGS India is looking for a LIMS Invoice Analyst to support laboratory operations through accurate invoice processing, data validation, and coordination with internal laboratory. The role will involve working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and ensuring that testing-related billing information is accurately captured and processed.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process laboratory testing invoices based on LIMS-generated data and approved quotations/work orders.
- Verify sample details, test parameters, quantities, rates, taxes, and billing information before invoice generation.
- Enter, update, and validate customer and testing information in LIMS and related systems.
- Cross-check LIMS data with work orders, quotations, purchase orders, and service requests.




- Identify and resolve discrepancies in testing charges, rates, sample details, and billing information.
- Coordinate with Laboratory, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for invoice-related queries.
- Monitor pending invoices and ensure timely completion of billing activities.
- Prepare and maintain billing reports, invoice trackers, and reconciliation reports.
- Support correction/revision of invoices as per approved requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer and laboratory data.
- Follow SGS internal procedures, quality requirements, and applicable process controls.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to LIMS, billing, and invoice processing.
