Compensation
During the 6-month training period: 13,000 per month in-hand
After successful completion of training and assessment clearance: 18,000 per month in hand.

Selection Process
As these are fresher opportunities, there will be no technical interview or technical assessment during selection. Candidates will be evaluated based on:
Behaviour and attitude

Basic education-specific knowledge related to their Diploma discipline
