Qualification & Experience

- Experience 6 years.
- Candidates experienced into RERA Documentations / Agreements / Conveyance Deeds needs to apply.

Technical Skills

- Drafting, Conveyance, vetting, negotiating of all kinds of commercial documents, agreements, contracts including Real Estate, Procurement Contracts, EPC and other Large / medium scale projects.
- Carrying out due diligence for taking the property on long term lease or outright purchase at PAN India level.
- Coordinating with Counsels, advocate and business divisions.
- Conducting research on judicial pronouncement in support of claim case.
- Liaisoning with Governmental or semi governmental authorities (on need-base).
- Coordinating with all concerned, preparing and updating legal MIS.
- Should be proficient in statutory compliances and implementation of the same. Conduct Legal Compliance Audit on regular basis.
- Timely revision of all changing laws, rules and regulations related business of the Company.

Soft Skills

- Outstanding oral and written English communication skills.
