- Design electrical systems for industrial equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Create detailed cable schedules, single line diagrams, and earthing calculations to ensure efficient system operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for electrical design projects.
- Conduct site visits to inspect installations and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems.
Job Requirements :
- 7-13 years of experience in electrical design engineering in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Proficiency in creating cable schedules, single line diagrams, and earthing calculations using specialized software tools (e.g. AutoCAD).
- Solid understanding of relevant safety protocols and regulations governing industrial electrical installations (e.g. OSHA).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
