- Provide technical services to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment.
- Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues with equipment and perform repairs on-site.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide training to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in service engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and electronic components.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
