Role Description

- Ensure 100% production as per the sequence plan with quality requirements.
- Assess resource requirement and arrange as appropriate.
- Conduct PDCA on the unit measures.
- Audit of the unit on 2S, safety and adherence to standards.
- Monitor manufacturing cost and maintain the expenses within the budgetted amount.
- Support PED for establishment of current models variants.
- Identify the group leaders to participate in QP stage.
- Identify implement countermeasures for Non Conformities complaints.
- Maintain discipline and encourage team working of all members of the unit through counseling, coaching and motivation (SBI diary recording).
- Assess competency and facilitate need based training to workmen,



Team leader and Group leader.
- Improve effectiveness of all employees through their involvement in TEI activities.
