Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planning Engineer (Civil) responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination across all project stages. Candidates with hospitality project exposure will be preferred; however, candidates from real estate, commercial projects are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, prepare, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and baseline schedules
- Track project progress and update schedules on a regular basis
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and site execution
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Assist in resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
