1. Basic Softskills to deal with customers
2. Manpower Handling
3. Collecting pallets by dismantling them
4. Monitoring the ageing of pallets on customer shop floor and co-ordinate for collection
5. Safety Awareness
6. Training manpower with required skills
7. Updating the Daily MIS and other reports
8. Loading and unloading of pallet in vehicles
9. Use of Company's Mobile app at every stage of operation

Preferred candidate profile

Education: 12th / Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate

Experience:

- Logistics / Reverse Logistics
- Warehouse Operations
- Material Handling
- Pallet/Returnable Packaging Management
- Fleet/Transport Operations
- Manpower/Team Handling

Key Skills:

- Experience in loading/unloading and material handling
- Ability to coordinate with customers for pallet collection
- Comfortable using mobile apps for operational updates
- Physically fit and comfortable with field/operational work
