We are looking for an Oracle HCM Fusion professional with hands-on experience in administration, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and HR technology support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Performance, and Workforce Structures.
- Manage Jobs, Grades, Departments, Locations, Actions/Action Reasons, AOR and Journeys.
- Configure Recruiting, Compensation cycles, Learning and Performance processes.
- Develop Rapid Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Work with HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP integrations, Page Composer, HCM Design Studio, DFF/EFF/KFF.
- Manage HR technology tickets and troubleshoot issues with HR, IT, Finance and external teams.
- Support Oracle quarterly releases, testing, documentation and UAT.




- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance and merit cycles.
- Maintain WalkMe/digital adoption solutions.

Requirements

- 1+ year hands-on Oracle HCM Fusion experience.
- Experience with 2+ Oracle HCM modules.
- Recruiting Cloud and Compensation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM or HR technology ticketing.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into HCM configuration.
- Good stakeholder communication and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience working in cross-functional/agile environments.
