- In depth planning skill for Inventory Management, Line Delivery and Warehouse Management.
- Time Management Skill to handle task and meet deadline.
- Handling Customer and internal team.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes.
- Track Packing Progress against plan, identify potential risk and align resources to achieve the KPIs.
- Prepare Quality reports for management review.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in retail logistics or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
