Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and high-quality educational video lessons using the Lumen5 platform
- Convert instructional scripts and scene-by-scene storyboards into visually appealing 23-minute video modules
- Produce structured learning content, including 3 videos per lesson batch, while following project requirements and timelines
- Select, trim, and align relevant stock images, video clips, icons, background music, and voiceovers within Lumen5
- Apply media and brand guidelines, including correct use of colors, typography, safe margins, contrast ratios, and logo placement
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple videos and course modules
- Use strong graphic design and visual storytelling principles to improve hierarchy, balance, timing, motion pacing, and learner engagement
- Review completed videos against storyboards to ensure all text overlays, concepts, and visual elements are accurately represented
- Incorporate feedback from Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Export and organize final videos and project files according to established file-management protocols

Key Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, or video editing
- Hands-on experience with Lumen5 is preferred
- Candidates with experience in similar platforms such as Synthesia, InVideo, or Canva Video may also be considered
- Solid visual storytelling and graphic design skills
- Ability to transform educational or technical concepts into visually engaging content
- Strong understanding of typography, alignment, visual rhythm, and audio-video synchronization
- Ability to strictly follow media guidelines, style guides, and brand standards
- Excellent attention to detail and quality

Preferred Skills:

- Experience creating content for K-12, Higher Education, or Career Technical Education (CTE)
- Familiarity with instructional design principles
- Experience working with Instructional Designers or SMEs
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
