We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join the Uphance team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and contribute across customer-facing and internal operational functions. As a Business Operations Associate, you will support customer onboarding, assist with operational processes, interact with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role provides exposure to business operations, customer operations, product workflows, and internal process optimisation, offering a strong foundation for long-term growth across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support via chat, email, and video calls.
- Build positive relationships with customers to understand their goals and assist them in achieving success with the software.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, engineering) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, and support guides.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve our service.
- Support day-to-day business operations activities such as internal coordination, workflow optimisation, and basic data review to improve overall efficiency.
- Assist in analysing operational data to identify trends,



gaps, or opportunities for process improvement.

Technical Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role (internships accepted) - good to have.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding or knowledge of any ERP system.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Understanding or basic knowledge of the apparel/fashion or SaaS industry is good to have
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to quickly learn new software with minimal support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to transition into product, support, quality, or other internal teams if required.
