Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities.
- Review sales and purchase invoices and accounting entries.
- Manage customer and vendor accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare and review ageing reports and outstanding statements.
- Coordinate with customers for payment follow-up and reconciliation.
- Review bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
- Monitor GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with CA / tax consultants for statutory compliance.
- Review expense, payment and supporting documents.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and financial planning.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Pricing and Management teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Assist the Accounts Manager / Management in finance-related projects and process improvements.




- Support implementation and improvement of ERP/accounting systems and automation.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 48 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, CHA or service industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Robust MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Good understanding of receivables, payables and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
