Key Responsibilities:

- Product Costing & Sales Price Release: Manage product costing and oversee the release of sales prices.
- Cost Analysis and Control: Analyze manufacturing and operational costs to identify saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Cost Reporting: Prepare and present detailed, accurate, and timely cost reports to management.
- Compliance and Standards: Maintain cost accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaboration: Partner with production, procurement, and finance departments to support cost-related decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance cost accounting systems for better efficiency.
- SAP Implementation: Coordinate with the SAP team regarding the implementation of the production process (BMR/BPR), marking, labeling, and packing projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation is required.
- Experience: 3-6 years in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing workplace.
- Skills: Experience using SAP systems is preferred.
