Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform & Access Management Administrator to manage day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration, user access governance, platform operations, security compliance, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration, User & Role Management, ACLs, RBAC, Access Governance, Platform Operations, and Instance Management in an enterprise-scale workplace.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Platform Administration

- Manage day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
- Configure and maintain users, groups, roles, ACLs, and delegated administration.
- Manage system properties, update sets, plugins, scheduled jobs, and platform configurations.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Administer Service Catalog and related platform components.

Access Management & Governance
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests.
- Configure and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Perform periodic role and access reviews.
- Conduct access certification and support audit requirements.
- Ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security governance requirements are followed.
- Coordinate with IAM and security teams for access-related activities.

Platform Operations
- Monitor ServiceNow platform health, availability, and performance.
- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Support platform integrations and MID Server administration.
- Coordinate planned maintenance and operational activities.

Governance & Compliance
- Support SOX, internal audits, security assessments,



and compliance reviews.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and platform procedures.
- Identify security and compliance gaps and support remediation activities.
- Ensure platform administration follows enterprise security and governance standards.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, infrastructure, IAM, and security teams.
- Support user onboarding and access requests.
- Provide technical support and guidance for ServiceNow platform-related issues.
