Role Description
1. Identify dealer staff in the 3rd and 4th quartiles of productivity; assess performance gaps through field visits, discussions, and on-ground evaluations.
2. Strategize business expansion across the AD with a focus on manpower, infrastructure enhancement,
and dealer profitability with Inflow,VCB and VAS
3. Generate actionable insights through data analysis and process automation
4. Train, develop, and monitor the adequacy and competency of ADBDMs and AD Manpower
5. Uncover growth opportunities or performance gaps using Positive-Bad analysis and dispersion studies.
6. Develop metrics to measure and track business efficiency and volume; promote best practices across the network
7. Identify and scale up effective best practices across the network and HDP
8. Design and implement tools to enhance dealer manpower productivity and operational efficiency
9. Improve AD owner competencies through targeted coaching and development programs.
10. Drive and ensure effective adoption of digital initiatives by dealers
