- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections for residential properties.
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and provide recommendations for renovations or recent builds.
- Develop design concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
Job Requirements :
- 16-27 years of experience in head designing villas for real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, building codes, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, etc.
