Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our Bathware Division.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in channel sales, dealer/distributor management, preferably within the building materials, bathware, or plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.

Manage and grow dealer & distributor networks effectively.

Identify and appoint new channel partners to expand market coverage.





Build and nurture strong business relationships with channel partners and influencers.

Conduct regular market visits for business development and competitor analysis.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, collections, and after-sales service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: MBA / Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Experience: 3-8 years of relevant sales experience in bathware / building materials preferred. Freshers with strong drive are also welcome.

Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing channel partners.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
