Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor civil, interior, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing and MEP works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality and workmanship meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications and coordinate with the design team to resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor project timelines, daily progress, manpower, materials and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Verify contractor measurements, quantities and work completion; assist with billing and variation tracking.
- Prepare DPRs, weekly progress updates, project trackers and site reports.
- Identify execution issues, delays and site bottlenecks and coordinate for timely corrective action.
- Monitor snagging, rectification and handover activities.
- Maintain proper site documentation and ensure smooth coordination between all project stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant site execution experience.
- Experience in residential interiors, commercial interiors, office interiors, renovations, fit-outs or turnkey projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in interior execution and site management will be preferred.
- Good understanding of civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing and MEP works.
- Basic knowledge of BOQs, measurements, drawings, billing and quantity verification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good contractor, vendor and site-team coordination skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Should be willing to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple agencies.
