Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Faced at least 2-3 NAAC/UGC/PCI/INC/WBNS/BCI visits)
Ensure institutional compliance with guidelines, regulations, and quality benchmarks of UGC and other regulatory bodies.
Conduct internal quality audits across departments and identify gaps in compliance.
Develop action plans and coordinate with Deans, HoDs, IQAC, and administrative teams for timely closure of compliances from the statutory bodies.
Prepare all departments for regulatory visits by ensuring:
1.Proper documentation and records maintenance
2.Academic file readiness
3.Faculty profile and achievement documentation
4.Research, innovation, and extension activity records
5.Student-related records and outcome documentation
6.Infrastructure and facility compliance
7.Faculty, student and stakeholder sensitization
8. Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintaining institutional quality standards.
9.
Monitor compliance with statutory bodies including UGC, NAAC, AICTE, PCI, BCI, INC, WBNC and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
10. Guide departments in documentation practices aligned with accreditation requirements.
11. Conduct mock audits and readiness assessments before external visits.
12. Maintain compliance dashboards and periodic quality reports for senior management.
Minimum: Master's Degree in any discipline.
Candidates with Ph.D. and academic leadership experience will be preferred.
Experience in higher education institutions/universities will be an advantage. Extensive experience in NAAC accreditation, UGC & other compliance activities.
Must have experience in facing and handling at least 2-3 NAAC/UGC/PCI/INC/WBNS/BCI visits.
