We are looking for a Security Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to support our physical security operations across our India campuses and assist with fraud awareness and risk management programs. You will work closely with the Security Manager to perform risk assessments, support investigations, and ensure a safe and compliant environment for our teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing security plans, fraud prevention programs, and regional security initiatives.
- Conduct security risk assessments for client accounts, go-live projects, and external audits.
- Investigate security incidents and fraud cases, gathering accurate data to support findings.
- Monitor daily site security operations, CCTV systems, and physical access controls.
- Supervise on-site security personnel to ensure routine safety protocols and engineering activities run smoothly.
- Ensure site compliance with internal security policies, local laws, and industry standards.
- Remain available on-call for emergency response outside standard working hours.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in physical security, fraud prevention, or site risk operations.
- Education: Open to all educational backgrounds (Degree preferred, but not mandatory).
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of physical access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and incident response procedures.
- Skills: Strong judgment, high situational awareness, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage in office security personnel.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be on-call for emergency support after standard working hours.
