We are looking for a proactive and technically oriented Presales / Sales Coordinator Industrial IoT to support our sales and business development activities. The candidate will coordinate customer requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, follow up on opportunities, and work closely with customers and technical teams to deliver suitable Industrial IoT solutions.

The role will focus on IoT Data Loggers, industrial connectivity, environmental monitoring systems, cloud-based monitoring platforms, dashboards, and CPCB/SPCB data connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Support the sales team in lead management, customer follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
- Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, BOQs/BOMs, presentations, and product documentation.
- Provide presales support for Industrial IoT, IoT gateways/data loggers, remote monitoring, and cloud-based solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, product selection, integration, and project requirements.
- Understand customer requirements related to CPCB/SPCB connectivity, CEMS, OCEMS, AAQMS, and environmental monitoring applications.
- Maintain sales enquiries, chance pipelines, quotation records, and follow-up schedules.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate technical demonstrations for customers.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, technical clarifications,



purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, project, and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Identify new business opportunities in Industrial IoT, environmental monitoring, automation, and industrial digitalization.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and channel partners.

Technical Knowledge Preferred

- Industrial IoT (IIoT) and IoT architecture
- IoT Data Loggers / Edge Gateways
- Modbus RTU/TCP, RS232, RS485, Ethernet and MQTT
- 4G/LTE and industrial communication
- Cloud dashboards and remote monitoring
- Industrial sensors, analyzers and instrumentation
- CEMS / OCEMS / AAQMS systems
- CPCB & SPCB data connectivity
- Basic understanding of APIs and industrial data integration

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Industrial IoT, instrumentation, automation, environmental monitoring, or technical sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and proposal preparation.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into suitable commercial solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable handling multiple customer opportunities simultaneously.
