- Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in PTP (Procure to Pay) or similar role.
- Robust understanding of P2P cycle, including invoice processing, PO creation, and payment processing.
- Proficiency in SAP systems is required; knowledge of other ERPs an asset.
